Uganda's most complete mineral logistics and trading company. Mine-gate to global market. Licensed. Compliant. Proven.
Corvex Logistics is a Ugandan-owned company licensed by the Directorate of Geological Survey and Mines (DGSM) and ITSCI-certified, specialising in mineral transportation, bonded storage, compliance documentation, and cross-border supply chain management across Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, DRC, South Sudan, Sudan, and Ethiopia.
Our mission is to provide secure, compliant, and efficient mineral logistics that connect Africa's resources to global markets. Our vision is to become the leading mineral logistics and supply chain company in East Africa. Both are built on one foundation, doing what we say we will do, every time.
Corvex Logistics was founded in Kampala in 2021 by a team of Ugandan logistics professionals who had spent years watching Uganda's mineral wealth leave through middlemen, off-record, and below international price. We started with one licensed truck, one DGSM permit, and one principle: every consignment leaves with a full paper trail or it doesn't leave at all. Five years and 18,000+ tonnes later, that principle remains the only one we operate by.

These aren't aspirations on a wall. They are the standards our clients hold us to and the reason they come back.
We say what we will do, and we do what we said. Every weight, every grade, every delivery time is documented and verifiable by any third party.
Armed collection teams, GPS-monitored convoys, bonded warehousing, and armoured air transfers. We protect your minerals from mine gate to destination.
98% on-time delivery across 5+ years of operations. When we commit to a schedule, we build the route around it and not the other way around.
Real-time GPS tracking, digital documentation, and SGR rail integration on the Northern Corridor. We invest in technology that reduces delay and improves visibility for our clients.
ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management. RMAP-auditable chain of custody. OECD DDG-compliant sourcing. Our compliance documentation passes international due diligence on first submission.
LME-referenced pricing paid directly to artisanal producers, no middlemen taking 30% below spot. Safety and fair-labour compliance audited at every site we engage.
Combined, our leadership brings over 30 years of mineral trade, logistics, and compliance experience across East Africa.
16 years in Uganda's mineral trade. Former DGSM regulatory adviser. Leads all strategic partnerships and compliance frameworks.
12 years in cross-border logistics across East Africa. Manages eight active export corridors and bonded storage operations.
Trained in ITSCI chain-of-custody protocols. Responsible for DGSM permits, OECD DDG compliance, and all export documentation — zero rejections in six years.
Mineral economist with 10 years at LME-linked trading desks. Manages direct mineral purchasing, pricing, and offtake agreements.
CPA Uganda. Manages USD trade settlement, working capital facilities, and investor reporting across all active trade accounts.
Leads armed collection teams, mine-site weigh operations, and GPS convoy coordination across Uganda's producing regions.
Our compliance stack satisfies the most demanding international buyers, refineries, and due diligence frameworks — on first submission, every time.
"We were losing two weeks per shipment to documentation delays. Corvex Logistics took over our export logistics and we now clear DGSM in 3 days. That alone saves us $4,000 per consignment in holding costs."
"As a Dubai-based refinery, finding a Uganda supply partner with proper ITSCI documentation was nearly impossible. Corvex Logistics delivers consignments that pass our due diligence audit every single time."
"Before Corvex Logistics I sold to local middlemen at 30% below spot. Now Corvex Logistics buys directly at LME reference price and pays within the week. My income has tripled since we started working together."
"We run a monthly coltan supply programme through Corvex Logistics into our Antwerp smelter. The ITSCI documentation they provide slots directly into our OECD compliance report without any rework. That level of preparation is genuinely rare in this corridor."
Our Kampala trade desk responds within one business day. One enquiry, one account manager, complete end-to-end coverage.
